Sales and Marketing Executive (Job Vacancy)

We are looking for enthusiastic, fast-learning and self-motivated marketing/sales fresh graduates or graduates upto one year of experience at our Elante Office site in Chandigarh. We want you to provide us with creative ideas on how to market our services in order to generate more revenue and execute it. Grass root level marketing will be key to this position. In return, you will learn plenty and get first-hand experience in an ever-growing English language training industry. Industry – Training / Coaching institute for English language proficiency tests Number of Positions – 1 RESPONSIBILITIES • Understanding company products and brand. • Distributing pamphlets in strategic locations to spread awareness and get leads. • Research and analyse our competition. • Suggest out of the box workable ideas for a marketing campaign. • Research, plan and execute several marketing campaigns over the period of 3 months under the direction and supervision of management. • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news and ideas. • Analyse the effectiveness of our existing social media strategies and come up with recommendations. Also, help in implementing the same to grow our presence through social media channels. • Periodic and proactive follow up on the outcome of the said campaign, and prepare a presentation going over the highlights. • Feedback on marketing material. • Assist in printing and distribution of marketing material. • Outstanding multitasking abilities. • Ability to work in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
