We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Head/Asst. Manager with extensive experience in selling educational services to lead the sales team as a senior Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans at Inspiria Knowledge Campus. Duties include hitting admission targets, building relationships, understanding the market, and promoting brands. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in Sales Leadership and business development roles, preferably in the educational services industry. Good networking skills, connections in the industry, and previous experience in handling students, parents, and clients are preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and written skills, as well as the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, are required. The candidate must be able to meet or exceed annual sales requirements, develop and execute strategic plans, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and stay up-to-date with category-specific trends.
