Key Responsibilities: • Provide Salesforce technical leadership for a team of developers, admins, and analysts inhouse as well as external partners • Deep and extensive knowledge, and experience of SFDC technologies including apex, lightening components, SOQL, triggers, batch apex, visual force, lightening components and lightening UISalesforce Architect level expertise and relevant experience • Liaise with stakeholders to lead the design of end to end solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Force.com platform • Thoroughly understand various managed & and developed applications for the organization, manage technical and business risks when implementing new solutions, customizations, or resolving issues • Document current and future state processes and develop technical specifications for projects and enhancements • Aid end-user application support, troubleshooting level 2/3 errors, find solutions for business use cases • Work with internal technical team members supporting applications and provide technical direction/solutions Release management (migration, refreshes, version control and deployment) as needed • Maintain Salesforce Org security updates, and thorough evaluation of business risks before deploying updates. • Develop a plan on Sandboxes to mitigate risks with business continuity of apps/portals • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements & business priorities • Work on other connected University platforms such as Moodle/Backboard and others augmenting end user’s experience Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 4 to 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reporting • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
