Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a School Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new schools to expand our organization's network. You will develop and implement strategies to target potential schools, negotiate contracts and agreements, and acquire new schools. Your goal is to facilitate the growth and development of our educational institution by adding high-quality schools to our network.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales, demos and online/offline presentations to key stakeholders in school.
  • Identify Potential Schools: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential schools that align with our organization's programs offered for acquisition.
  • Build Acquisition Strategies: Create and implement strategies to target and approach potential schools, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Strategical business planning and forecasting to achieve business numbers.
  • Revenue generation for the vertical.
  • Planning and implementing counselling ecosystem for progressive schools.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, board members, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and interests.
  • Conduct Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential schools, including analyzing financials, enrolment data, academic performance, and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate Transition: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition process for acquired schools, including integrating them into the organization's systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and monitor the performance of acquired schools, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with relevant teams to address any issues.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the acquisition process or the educational landscape.
  • Experience: Experience in Technology/ERP Solutions Sales or Service based solutions to Schools is a must, preferably with sales of Education Solutions/Software.
  • Should be well versed with providing demonstrations & presentations.

Additional information:

Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)

Location: Koramangala – Bangalore (This is a work from office profile)
