School Administrator (Job Vacancy)

We are an authentic Montessori school in Noida for children of age 1.5 to 12 years. The school was founded and is being run by founder-parents (IIT alumni) who are passionate about this transformative and child-centered learning approach. Our authentic Montessori environments offer a purposeful integration of learning concepts about the world with experiences that intentionally cultivate skills, character traits, mindsets, and competencies from early years -necessary for success in this changing world.

We’re looking for a capable individual to join our team as School Administrator to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school. This is a varied role for a highly versatile person who can thrive in a start-up environment where flexibility and a can-do attitude are prized. The role will involve working directly with the founders to support all aspects of the school administration (answering queries of parents and employees, maintain school calendar and schedule school visits, organizing school events, handling information, maintain and update school databases, update policies as needed, handling admission processes etc.).

We’re looking for someone with experience across a broad range of areas and, more importantly, someone with a willingness to take ownership, adapt and grow and learn. The successful candidate will be sharp, detail oriented, personable and resourceful and contributing to growth of our learning community of parents and children.

The role offers a great learning experience in the field of education as Sketches moves forward on the journey to offer this transformative learning experience to children in their toddler (1.5-3), primary (3-6) and elementary (6-12) years.
