This dual role requires someone who can effectively handle admissions inquiries while also managing front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Admission Counseling:
- Assist prospective parents and students with inquiries regarding admissions procedures, requirements, and programs offered.
- Provide detailed information about the schools curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission deadlines.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective families and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Application Processing:
- Receive and process admission applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and organize application documents, including transcripts, recommendation letters, and other required materials.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure all necessary documents are submitted and application fees are paid.
- Front Desk Operations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students entering the school premises.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the schools reception area, including greeting visitors, signing them in, and providing assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records related to admissions.
- Collaborate with other school staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
- Provide support during school events, meetings, and other special occasions as required.

Requirements- Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or front desk management preferred.
