School Front Office Executive (Job Vacancy)

Roles and Responsibilities

• To receive visitors to the school, understand the purpose of their visit, and connect them to the right person at school.
• To play a good host to visitors when they are waiting at the school front office. (visitors lobby)
• To collaborate with the admission team to create a WOW walk-in experience for parents and children when they visit the school as prospective parents.
• To conduct due process for ensuring the security of the school children when any visiting parent wants to take their child home during school hours.

• Customer Skills: Pleasing language and voice and ability to engage with In-house parents, prospective parents, and other visitors. Skill to generate trust by active listening.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills. I should be able to communicate very well.
