Job Overview: As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Your primary goal will be to drive qualified traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales for the company. You will need to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives. - Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across different platforms. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance. - Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient spending and ROI. - Perform A/B testing and implement best practices to improve ad performance and conversion rates. - Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. - Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies in digital advertising. - Collaborate with internal teams or clients to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives. - Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and results to stakeholders. - Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems related to advertising platforms or campaigns. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. - Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent understanding of digital advertising principles, best practices, and industry trends. - Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. - Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and creative assets. - Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are a plus. - Prior experience in a similar role or agency environment is preferred. • How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to dm.schools@presidency.edu.in.
