• B.Ed with Postgraduate Degree in the specialized subject.

• Minimum 5 Years of proven teaching ability to act as a Pedagogical leader at the school.

• Work with CBSE Educator Network as a Workshop Leader, Visiting Team member or consultant.

• Good CBSE curriculum Implementation knowledge and delivering the CBSE Teaching methodology to the School Community.

• Experience with program planning, authentic assessment and curriculum development and leading teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills and initiative

• Creative with problem-solving skills

• Proven ICT Skill with excellent proficiency in (Office 365, MS Office – Word, Excel, Google docs and Outlook, Internet research etc.,).

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude by providing exemplary service.

• Ability to work independently by carrying out assignments to completion following the instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Requirements1. Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

• Proficiency in Hindi language (spoken and written) with a strong foundation in Hindi literature and grammar.

• CBSE Teaching Eligibility:

• Eligibility as per CBSE guidelines for primary level teaching positions.

• Fulfillment of any additional qualifications or certifications required by the CBSE board.

• Teaching Experience:

• Previous experience teaching primary-level students, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.

• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum standards and assessment practices.
