Security Officer
Role Profile
• Should have completed Security Officer and Fire Fighting Course from a reputed State/ Central Govt Certified organisation.
• Should be able to take charge of Platoon of Guards, deploy them based on requirement/ contingency and conduct briefings.
• Should be able to Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, permitting entry.
• Should be able to prevent entry of intruders and take them on in a planned manner.
• Should be able to prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers.
• Should be able to control traffic by directing drivers
• Should be able to complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures
• Should be able to maintain organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Should be able to ensure operation of security equipment and surveillance cameras by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Should be able to contribute to security team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Should be able to ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• Should be able to provide excellent customer service.
• Should be able to adhere to all service and operating standards of the school
• Should be able to remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Should be able to respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.
• Should be able to protect the school's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Should be able to follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, patrolling premises regularly, traffic control, and accident investigations.
• Should be able to report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, and security breaches.
• Should have good knowledge about key organisation and Key control.

Qualification & Experience
