Senior Academic Counselor Responsible for assisting students in shaping their dream of overseas education. Student counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages, and dealing with them appropriately; matching applicants to suitable courses at universities; and working towards the university application process. Responsible for promptly replying to students' queries and solving their problems. Develop personalized academic plans for students, including course selection and study schedules, to ensure successful integration into the foreign educational system. Cold calling. Qualifications: Degree/PG Previous experience in academic counselling, preferably in study abroad consultancy. In-depth knowledge of international universities, programs, and admission processes.
