Job Description: Senior Key Accounts Manager cum Center Head
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and university partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the center’s growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sales, marketing, student experience design, and business development plans.
Negotiate terms of contracts and agreements with the university for any ad-hoc policy fitment and day-to-day escalation handling.
Manage and track sales activities, including leads, walk-ins, and prospects pipeline building.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Design and meet projections and revenue targets set for the center, responsible for P&L management as a business unit.
Collaborate with teams to ensure the highest level of the student experience in regard to their curriculum delivery, and facilitator access along with internship & placement support.
An ideal candidate should have:
Should have 7+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end key accounts operations.
Should have been involved in the senior-level stakeholder management of any industry.
Good knowledge of P&L, and business development principles with excellent communication, negotiations, and people management skills.
Must be able to lead by example keeping in line with the Virohan values and culture.
Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
Education market knowledge will be a preferred advantage.
