Senior Admission Marketing Executive for School (Job Vacancy)

Job Title: Senior Admission Executive

Location: Chandigarh

Job Type: Contractual (6 months contract with rolling extension based on performance)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in target-based job in a relevant field.

Salary: 50,000 – 80,000/- per month.

Overview – A senior admission executive with an experience of 5+ years, preferably at a University admission department in a leadership role for a target based job at a prestigious boarding school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.
• Draft and work on strategies to increase student admissions.
• Plan and organize events, seminars, fairs to create a brand presence for the school and bring in admissions.
• Meet parents in person and explain to them the methodologies, teaching styles, environment etc of the school.
• Continuously work on branding the image of the school and creating an impact on the parents. 
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors' activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the school, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Marketing, Business, etc.)

- Previous experience in admissions or related roles, preferably in a University admission department or educational institution.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Must be comfortable travelling extensively.

- Knowledge of education systems and admissions processes is advantageous

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
