Job Description:

You will be responsible for providing analytical insights to Expert Ops team in the form of reporting, data fetching, and analysis of key performance metrics. The role would require cross-functional collaboration, hence candidates should have good (English) communication skills and a knack for multi-tasking.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to discover patterns, trends, and anomalies in any type of data.
• Perform trend analysis for several KPIs parameters which can lead to a successful business run.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to answer specific business asks.
• Should have deep working knowledge of SQL as the role may involve multi-level dataset management and processing.
• Adept at creating reports and dashboards in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Domo etc.
• Should have the ability to summarize key takeaways, useful insights for quicker decision making
• Run statistical tests on the data, A/B, and different sample analysis.

Qualifications/Skills:

• BS/MS in Preferred fields: Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics
• 2+ years of experience as Data Analyst is must
• Experience with data visualization tools: SSRS, Tableau, Domo, Power BI etc.
• Hands-on experience on SQL, MySQL, Redshift, Databricks, Lakehouse, Alation, APIs, Connectors
• Advanced Excel + PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Python is good to have
• Excellent (English) written/verbal communication skills
