Senior Associate - Expert Engagement Operations in Delhi (Job Vacancy)

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate candidate with 3+ years of experience for the position of Sr. Associate – Expert Engagement Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Engagement Operations unit of Chegg Inc. is responsible for driving the content creation & review process via lakhs of freelance Experts working for Chegg. This unit runs marketing operations for experts, promoting earning opportunities for them, to meet the demand generated by business for content creation & review. The team also executes multiple business-related projects as per business requirements.

Candidate must be ready to work in a dynamically changing environment & should be ready to take up new challenges every day to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities Includes

• Drive & execute new/ad-hoc initiatives/projects to meet dynamically changing business objectives.
• Customer (here Experts) Engagement & Retention
• Execute last-mile activities required to keep Experts engaged and keep them contributing on the platform with the desired quantity & quality | Meet Quality & Quantity goals.
• Conceptualize, build and execute auto-trigger CRM campaigns aimed at onboarding, engaging, retaining and upgrading Experts.
• Conceptualize and execute the Expert outreach program via SMS, Manual/Automated calls, WhatsApp, Community engagement, etc.
• Analytical capabilities: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities of engaging & upgrading Experts.

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent communication skills – both oral & written
• Working knowledge of MS-Excel; PowerPoint skills preferred
• 2+ years of working experience on Customer Engagement platforms viz. CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Adobe campaigns, etc., preferably Braze.
• Marketing Automation via relevant tools
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team – should be able to switch nimbly between being a team player & a self-starter.
• Flexible & willing to adapt to new challenges.
• Exposure to CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM+, Hubspot, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Go-getter, Quick learner, Multi-tasker

Good To Have Skills

• Working knowledge of analytics / data reporting tools like Tableau, DOMO, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc.
• Six Sigma certified [Green belt or above]
• Project Management skills

Education

• MBA in Marketing
• Must be a graduate in any stream; Engineers preferred.
