Position Overview: We are seeking two experienced Functional Consultants with expertise in NAAC certification to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working either with companies facilitating colleges/universities in obtaining NAAC certification or directly with the NAAC governing body. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and hands-on support to our clients throughout the NAAC accreditation journey Job Description: Expertise in NAAC Accreditation Procedures: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience with National Assessment Accreditation Council (NAAC) accreditation standards, procedures, and documentation requirements. Consultative Support for Educational Institutions: Provide advisory services to colleges and universities seeking NAAC certification, including assessment of current practices, gap analysis, and strategic planning to meet accreditation criteria. Documentation and Report Preparation: Ability to prepare, review, and refine accreditation documents, self-study reports, and compliance narratives required by NAAC, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines. Stakeholder Collaboration and Training: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders within educational institutions, including faculty, administrators, and support staff, offering training sessions, workshops, and guidance to facilitate understanding and implementation of NAAC standards. Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within educational institutions by identifying areas for enhancement based on NAAC feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends, fostering a culture of quality assurance and institutional excellence. Qualification; • Bachelor's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred • In-depth knowledge of NAAC accreditation standards, criteria, and processes, with a strong understanding of higher education quality assurance frameworks. • Proven track record of successfully guiding • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex institutional systems and identify areas for improvement. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with accreditation management software is a plus colleges/universities through the NAAC accreditation process and achieving positive outcomes.
