JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Copywriter at Newton School, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, crafting persuasive and engaging copy across various platforms. From website content and blog posts to social media campaigns and email marketing, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and driving our messaging forward.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Develop creative concepts and compelling copy for various marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, and video scripts.
• Understand nuances of branded content and write creative copies and scripts for brand marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate ideas for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to gather information on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to inform the development of persuasive copy.
• Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the alignment of copy and visual elements in marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role, preferably in an advertising agency or brand.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful copywriting across various channels and formats.
• Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize copy for search engines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and delivering high-quality work on time.
• A passion for creativity, storytelling, and staying up to date with industry trends.
