Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counselor located in Kochi. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students and parents, assisting with university/college applications, liaising with universities and visa departments, and staying up-to-date with visa requirements and immigration laws. The Senior Counselor should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and should be proficient in using technology for communication purposes.

• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Experience in counseling and advising students and parents
• Knowledge of the education systems, application processes, and visa requirements of various countries, including Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Singapore, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, France, and China
• Proficiency in using technology for communication and administration purposes
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Counseling, Psychology)
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Counseling, Psychology) is a plus
