Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor at Study Square located in Ludhiana. The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and counseling to students in their educational journey. This includes assisting with course selection, managing applications, providing information on scholarships, advising on student visas, facilitating pre-departure orientation, arranging student accommodation, and ensuring compliance with international student requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent counseling and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of international education systems and procedures
• Experience in university and course shortlisting
• Expertise in application processing and scholarship guidance
• Knowledge of student visa counseling and lodgement
• Familiarity with pre-departure orientation and student accommodation arrangement
• Understanding of overseas student health cover and international tuition fees transfer
• Proficiency in TOEFL iBT vouchers
• Ability to work well with a diverse student population
• Relevant certifications or degrees in counseling, education, or a related field
