Role and responsibilities

The role of the QC Specialist is to take full responsibility in terms of polishing and improving our own National and State Board Multimedia Library as well as other categories of content through conducting thorough and intensive checks on the content curated and created by the team, providing honest and effective feedbacks, thereby contributing to creating a top-quality content product.

• To keep a record of all the State Boards’ authentic Government sites and their Curriculum. To have all the updates and information related to the latest updates on curriculum and content.
• To keep an eye on the updates, changes being made in the State board curriculum on a regular basis
• To understand in depth, the Syllabus and the State Curriculum, its various subjects and courses and the content requirements for all these subjects and classes. To compare and understand the difference between the state and the national curriculum.
• To get a thorough understanding of our present content library available in various languages. To check the sources used. To analyze the gaps and errors and scope of improvement in terms of the alignment done and the OER added.
• To review, find out all the issues related to the content in the form of – Tech SOPs, content alignment and curation & creation and make the corrected content ready to be delivered on all the platforms with the help of providing correct feedback to the team.
• To keep a record and maintain all the gaps in the content, create and maintain the scorecards of all the departments under the content team. And to keep on communicating and coordinating with the content team regarding the current gaps and scope of improvement in the content.
• Coordinate with, assist, guide and manage the content team to search for, curate, align and present the best quality content as per the state board curriculum for all the projects.
• To ensure delivering an error-free product.
