Key responsibilities that you will have: I) Primary Responsibilities: Monitor the Operations of our Teacher support agent in Bihar. II) Secondary Responsibilities: Your role will be based out of Munger, however the person maybe required to travel in some of the districts in Bihar. III) Tertiary Responsibilities: The candidate may be also required to travel to Ranchi for Government Interactions, In case the Project manager wants some additional assistance. Key competencies that we are looking for: ● Excellent written communication skills and an ability to express ideas in writing clearly, concisely, and organized for various audiences. ● Excellent people oriented skills with an ability to move and spark interests amongst people for LFW’s word ● Ability to work towards creative solutions by analyzing problems carefully and logically ● Curiosity to question current approaches and explore new, more viable ways to accomplish objectives ● Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities Key skills that we are looking for: ● Should have completed his/her higher studies in MSW/BSW ● Experience of managing and running operations smoothly. ● Experience of being on Field and working on Field will be an added advantage. ● Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. This skill set can possibly be the most important part of identifying problems within the organization and having the capability to evaluate the relevant action required. ● Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) ● Good leadership skills, as your main focus will be to convince others on business matters effectively. ● Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. ● Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
