Where do you come in:
We are looking for a Senior Executive, who would be responsible for monitoring progress, developing appropriate metrics for impact (both short-term and long-term), and working out new techniques to measure the impact of our teacher training programs and students impacted across India. Along with these responsibilities, the person would also be responsible for designing a monitoring and evaluation strategy.
The holder of the position will play a major role in providing technical support to the Operations Team, especially in tracking data figures and numbers through dashboards and appropriate M&E tools and processes and building capacity for Monitoring & Evaluation among project/program staff. S/he will be expected to assist Project Managers in ensuring sound project planning, monitoring, and evaluation of progress and technical reporting.

Remuneration:
Remuneration based on skill set, prior experience, and value addition. The salary would be decided upon as per the sector standards.
