Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Flutter Developer with 8-10 years of experience. The Senior Flutter Developer will be responsible for all aspects of mobile development, including architecture, implementation, and deployment. This role is located in Bengaluru but allows flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of other mobile development frameworks such as React Native or NativeScript (preferred).
• Familiarity with backend development technologies such as Node.js or Python (preferred).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Git and Agile methodologies
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities (preferred).

Note:

• Prior experience in startup will be appreciated: Working as founders or working closely with founders.
• Experience in the education industry is a plus. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to new technologies quickly.

Compensation:

• Compensation for the Senior Flutter Developer will be in the form of pure equity for the first year. We are expected to be cash-rich within a year and will be able to draw market salaries post that.
• I am open to the option of the Senior Flutter Developer joining me part-time initially and continuing with their existing job, which will reflect in the equity that you will draw
