Company Description School of Coding & AI is an organization that provides Computer Science & Digital Skills classes for children and adults. We offer resources for primary and secondary schools through our E-Learning platform, after school clubs, workshops, and online courses. We work with schools across the UK & Europe to improve GCSE & A-Level results. Our coding workshops and clubs reach over 100 schools each month. Role Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Graphic Designer cum Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning graphics and compelling video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Qualifications:  3+ years of work experience is mandatory.  Strong experience in Design Graphics and professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platform layout designs. Photo Retouching, Branding Materials, GIFs, Company logos, and Websites Banners, Mobile App Designs, Battle Cards, Flyers, Brochure Designing.  Strong experience in UX Design & Graphic Designing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Figma, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft PowerPoint.  Should be able to ideate and create high quality videos that aligns with our brand.  Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.  Candidate should be able to create text-based video, character animations, 3d animation videos.  Proven experience as a Video Editor, and Motion Graphics Designer with expertise in After Effects, premiere pro along with Designing software’s such as Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.  Create Presentations Templates (PPT), typography designs, iconography, print designs, display ads, web images, and Product illustrations for our website and blog campaigns, iOS and Android mobile app splash screen design.  Create visually appealing Social Media Posts optimized for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Banners, and Instagram, Pinterest, display ads, Marketing Tiles and maintain UI guidelines and templates.  Knowledge of and experience with creating marketing collaterals including knowledge of layouts, designing layouts, including a selection of colours, Slides/Banners converting them to web design Understanding and interpreting customer-given instructions.  Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, web application dashboard templates and high-fidelity prototypes, and graphic designs, E-mail Templates and sample layouts, Webinar Poster, Greeting Template, Newsletter Templates, Catalogues, Blog Visuals Posters, Cover pages, etc.  Thinking creatively, developing new design concepts, and analysing current design trends and technologies.  Professional certification in creative designing tools is preferred.  An ability to provide innovative solutions and ideas for new projects.  Ability to work in Team.
