About Growth amp; Impact team at ConveGenius As a part of the Growth amp; Impact team at ConveGenius, your passion, dedication, and unique blend of skills will shape the future of education through swift, smart and simple EdTech solutions on the SwiftChat platform! You will engage with senior government and non-government stakeholders, orchestrate edtech activities for effective last mile impact. You will manage these projects with the Department of Education of your state, coordinating for relevant data integrations enabling data driven academic planning and building capacity of stakeholders for project sustainability. The Growth amp; Impact team member will act as a Knowledge Partner to the state’s Department of Education for all relevant activities. Core Competencies • Able to solve complex problems for solutions at scale • Excellent communicator • Driven to accomplish tangible last mile impact • Demonstrated ability to lead teams Functional Competencies • Experienced in working with senior government stakeholders • Previous experience in implementing a large scale Edtech Project • Strong documentation skills • Strong data analysis skills (Advanced Excel, Macros, Power Point, Power BI) Language Requirements • Good reading and writing skills in English and Hindi are a prerequisite • Knowing any of the regional languages like Marathi, Khasi, Garo, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Nagamese, Sikkimese, Nepali or any other regional language would be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Facilitate large-scale EdTech interventions with the State Governments by designing strategic roadmaps and implementation plans that set clear goals and milestones, ensuring that our EdTech programs make a lasting difference in education. Set-up project management processes and guidelines and ensure that all activities are driving towards the defined goals. Enable data-driven decision making by analysing learning and operational data using advanced tools and proposing action plans to improve program outcomes, making data the foundation for impactful decisions. Collaborate closely with internal teams and take ownership of specific project components, effectively managing them to achieve desired outcomes. Build and nurture meaningful partnerships with State Government Stakeholders Translate complex data into compelling reports and presentations, showcasing the impact of our programs and supporting administrators in the decision-making process. Represent ConveGenius in partner meetings, engaging with senior bureaucrats and potential partners in the state, contributing to valuable partnerships and collaborations.
