A Successful track record in Student Admission, Outreach Activity, and marketing is desirable. Salary will not be a constraint for outstanding candidates. Role of Senior Manager / Manager – Admissions 1. Meet the application and admission targets for all full-time and executive programs. 2. Planning and Execution of Admissions activities for the promotion of full-time and executive programs 3. To manage the entire admission process consisting of the following steps a) Admission form editing (if required) and it dissemination to prospective students. b) Inviting students for the admission process and completing the process. c) Documentation at each stage of the admission process. d) Completion and announcement of results of the admission process and informing students about steps to be taken for admission. 4. Organizing Open houses, webinars, presentations, press meetings, road shows, and other admission or counselling events. 5. Organizing faculty talks/ sessions in colleges and MBA coaching centres 6. Participation in exhibitions/ education fairs for the promotion of the programs 7. Networking & building strategic alliances with renowned admission consultants. 8. Managing and supporting the counselling/Tele-calling team to achieve their respective targets 9. Promotion of key events and conferences organized by the university through digital, print, and electronic mediums. 10. Managing entire digital and social media promotions including SEO and paid campaigns on different social media platforms 11. Promotion of MDPs/ Training program through digital and social media marketing as well as outreach activities. 12. Meetings with key stakeholders in hospitals, health organizations, development organizations, NGOs, and CSR organizations for building strategic alliances and promotion of MDPs/ training This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
