Reports to: Senior Director – Pro Vice Chancellor's Office
Location: Ashoka University Campus, Sonipat, and Delhi
Experience: Minimum 8 years

About the Role: This role provides critical analytical and strategic support to the Pro Vice Chancellor (PVC) of Ashoka University in achieving key university objectives. They will leverage their expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and project management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PVC's office operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role involves administrative support, but is not limited to the responsibilities mentioned below:
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff, Pro-VC Office, to lead and facilitate projects related to strategic planning & decision making, data analytics and process improvement at the university
• It is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires the individual to work effectively with internal stakeholders (VPs, HODs, Deans, Founders, etc.) and manage administrative and operational responsibilities for these projects with a solid handle on workflow management, timelines, and deliverables
• We need a highly resourceful individual , with strong interpersonal & analytical skills, an interest in problem solving and a natural inclination towards critical thinking
• The departments and functions covered by various projects range from Admissions and Outreach, to IT, HR, Communication/Media, Finance, Strategy and Administration
Eligibility and Skill Set Required
• B. Tech. or an equivalent degree
• Handling of an ERP implementation (such as SAP) would be desirable
• Experience in analytics & process re-engineering
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and G Suite
• Proven ability to review and prioritize work independently and effectively, and use appropriate resources and creativity to resolve issues
• Should be adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with discretion
