• Plan and oversee day to day operations of the Client Delivery Team
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure end delivery is excellent
• Solve business critical issues with minimum turnaround time
• Handle critical clients and be responsible for client retention
• Directly responsible for cost optimization and overall performance of the team
• Own and drive client delight and retention
