Role Description A full-time role for a Senior Performance Marketer. The Marketer will be responsible for setting up the Marketing functions for the company while developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, analyzing campaign results, and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities • Your role will be key for the global expansion plans that needs to be executed immediately • Ability to work independently and lay the foundations for a marketing team along the growth journey • Develop, execute and measure 360 marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, display advertising, content marketing and offline activation • Develop and execute influencer/community campaigns • Define and drive all strategies across awareness, acquisition, activation, revenue, retention, and referrals • Lead project teams to revamp channel strategies across social media, content, events and SEO • Work closely with the leadership team to define, and then deliver strong performance marketing metrics • Develop & execute Search, Display and Video Campaigns • You will be responsible for website, content distribution, and acquisition channels for acquiring new leads for feeling the sales funnel
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Experience in the coaching, consulting, or ed-tech industries is helpful"
