Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Placement Officer located in Kozhikode. The Senior Placement Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as campus placement, career counselling, training, and education coordination.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be extremely responsible to device new initiatives for on-boarding Companies
• Generate employment opportunities for students by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
• Help students identify employment options that match their career interests.
• Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job openings.
• Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
• Grooming and informing the students regarding the latest requirements in the companies.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with the companies for future placements
• Assist with maintaining the employer database. Maintain student database as needed. Submit a monthly report.
• Must be available to travel around assigned branches.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in campus placement and career counselling
• Experience in training and education coordination
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
