Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Language Learning Platform Company Overview: Curiotory is a leading provider of language training solutions, offering innovative programs and personalized instruction to help individuals and organizations achieve fluency and proficiency in multiple languages. As we continue to grow our customer base and expand our language training offerings, we are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive for Language Training, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into customers and promoting our language training programs. This position requires a proactive and customer-centric approach to sales, as well as a passion for language learning and cultural exchange. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources. • Qualify leads and prospects based on their language training needs, budget, and timeline, and determine the most appropriate training solutions to meet their requirements. • Educate potential customers about the benefits of our language training programs, including our curriculum, teaching methodology, and flexible learning options. • Customize sales presentations and proposals to address the specific needs and objectives of each prospect, demonstrating the value proposition of our language training services. • Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects through active listening, effective communication, and professional engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead generation and conversion efforts. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve our sales approach and training solutions. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, including conversion rates, revenue goals, and customer acquisition metrics. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the education or training industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas in a fast-paced sales environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and persuade others effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service. • Knowledge of language learning principles and methodologies is a plus. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated, with a passion for language learning and cultural exchange.
