The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of creating impactful digital experiences for educational products. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our platform, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of our product. Responsibilities: ● Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. ● Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across web and mobile platforms. ● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions. ● Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions. ● Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and industry best practices to continuously improve the product experience. ● Define and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. ● Mentor and collaborate with junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and skill development. ● Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards, advocating for innovative solutions that push the boundaries of educational technology. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; Master's degree preferred. ● Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on shipped products. ● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. ● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. ● Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design analysis. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ● Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting elegant and visually appealing user interfaces. ● Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. ● Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in digital design is highly desirable. ● Previous experience in the education or Ed-tech industry is a plus.
