Job Role: ServiceNow Trainer
Experience: 5-6 yrs
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring others. As a ServiceNow Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to individuals and teams within our organization or our clients' organizations. You will play a key role in ensuring that our employees or clients are proficient in utilizing ServiceNow to its fullest potential, thereby maximizing the value of the platform to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, CAS, CAD, etc).
• Previous experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or technical setting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions, if required.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and technology changes.
