What We Need: Education: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 2 Years Location: Hyderabad Your Key Responsibilities: Content Production and Creation: • Develop high-quality and engaging content for all brand channels. • Brainstorm ideas, script content, and bring your creative concepts to life. • Handle filming, editing, and post-production processes to deliver polished content. • Conducting thorough research on industry trends, topics, and target audience preferences to develop relevant and high-quality content. • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience needs. Identifying opportunities to optimize content performance and engagement. Social Media Management: • Manage and maintain our brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter, and YouTube. • Craft an exciting content calendar aligned with our brand strategy. • Schedule posts, interact with the community through comments and messages, and collaborate with influencers or partners. Brand Representation: • Embody the values, voice, and identity of our brand in every piece of content. • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while infusing your personality and authenticity. • Create content that resonates with our target audience and builds strong connections. Analytics and Insights: • Analyze content performance data, including audience engagement, reach, and preferences. • Gain valuable insights to inform content strategy and make data-driven decisions. • Continuously optimize content to improve impact and meet business objectives. • Implementing best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase content visibility, improve organic search rankings, and drive social media traffic. Conducting keyword research and optimizing content for relevant keywords. • Monitoring and analyzing content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, or other relevant platforms. Providing regular reports on key metrics such as page views, engagement, conversions, and audience demographics. Key Skills Requirement: • 1- 2 years of experience in social media for a consumer brand. • 1+ year of paid social media experience. • Familiar with paid and organic tactics on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Tumblr, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. • Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale cross functional marketing programs. • Prefer experience in scaling a brand from scratch. • Customer-centricity and a knack for storytelling. • Strong analytic and quantitative skills – the ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs. • An entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity, and a penchant for experimentation. • A willingness to be scrappy, creative, and unconventional. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Experience with customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns. • High level of ownership and detail-oriented outlook. • Experience in the education industry is a plus. • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, keyword research, and on-page optimization to enhance content visibility and organic search rankings. • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor content performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions for content optimization.
