Social Media Intern Job Description -
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Social Media Intern at SkillsforUs. As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for social media marketing, social media content creation, digital marketing, and communication. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful content for our social media platforms. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
• Assisting in creating engaging and creative content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Managing content calendars and scheduling posts for optimal engagement.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media content with the overall marketing strategy.
• Assisting in the creation and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
• Optimizing ad targeting and monitoring campaign performance.
• Monitoring and responding to user comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
• Building and maintaining a positive online community by fostering engagement and addressing customer concerns promptly.
Skills and Qualifications-
Strong Written and Verbal Communication
• Excellent writing skills to create compelling and error-free social media content.
• Effective communication skills to engage with the online community and address customer inquiries.
Creativity and Visual Design
• Ability to think creatively and develop visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's image.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and an eye for aesthetics.
Analytical Thinking
• Capacity to analyze social media metrics and derive useful insights to optimize campaigns.
