Job Overview

We are looking for a Social media Marketing professional to join our team at The Poly Kids. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, marketing techniques, and analytics tools. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and have a passion for marketing in the digital space.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in digital marketing (internships or project experience is acceptable).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, website, and blogs.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools.
