Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels. • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and optimizing performance based on key metrics. • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. • Support the digital marketing team in various projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements: • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus. • Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is desirable but not required.
