Role And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute session plans in line with Inspiria Soft Skills Course Curriculum & Facilitation Guidelines for both offline & online sessions.
- Make session more activity-based and engaging following program guidelines and curriculum's.
- Mentor/Guide the students continuously on the soft skills aspect covered in the Program.
- Conduct continuous assessments of the soft skills needs of students both individually and in batches.
- Assist in planning, organizing & participating in all departmental activities.
- Offer training as required by other departments and coordinate with Placement and other departments ensuring Employability Skills Training.
- Conduct Soft skills training to the internal team.
- Schedule & coordinate group sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager related to institutional priorities.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's in any field and experience in soft-skills training programs preferred.
- Certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable.
- Understanding of educational and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide practical solutions to problems.
