Job description To impart training and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome Looking for a candidate who can give training to Students regarding Soft Skills. Location- Sikkim (Singtam and Bermiok) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as Soft Skills Trainer or holder of an IELTS Certificate. Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers students to take up employment. Post-placement counselling of aspirants. E-Mail Etiquettes and drafting mail. Deliver training using innovative methods including activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback. Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level. Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole. Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement Assisting students one to one in learning. Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts. Excellent training delivery skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral) Prerequisites: Experienced and professionally qualified capable of delivering training for Personality and Soft skills for Corporate Companies interview Preparation. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training. Coordinating with placement faculty coordinators for smooth conduct of the training classes Publishing the entire Training plan of the centre. Competencies: Strong communication skills. and Interpersonal Skills. Planning skills. Developing people. Analytical skills. Presentation skills. Skills and Eligibility: International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Certificate holders will be preferred. Good Command over English language and excellent communication skills are needed. Graduation is mandatory. Must be a resident of Singtram or Barmiok location, if not then should be willing to relocate there.
