Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Line up and delivering effective soft skills training programs to enhance the professional development of college students in offline mode. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives to improve communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, and other essential soft skills.

Responsibilities:

• You have to Line up FREE trainings session in at least 20 UG colleges in Delhi NCR and you have to provide training yourself in at least 10 colleges (2-3 days per college) in Delhi NCR. Make sure you must be ready for travel to deliver trainings in Delhi NCR colleges. These trainings will be free of cost to the colleges and students.
• You need to find and send the trainer for Trainings in the remaining colleges lined up by you.
• Develop comprehensive soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of college students.
• Conduct engaging training sessions on topics such as communication skills, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, role-playing, and online modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to students seeking to improve their soft skills.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and adult learning methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and performance outcomes.
• Assist in the development of training materials, resources, and tools to support ongoing learning initiatives.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, growth, and skill development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and organizational cultures.
• Experience with training needs analysis, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
• Professional certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel to deliver training sessions at different locations in Delhi NCR.
