Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be an Avid Reader and Learner. Also, you must be able to talk about a topic in a specific situation.
  • Must have a sharp sense of humour.
  • Must have zeal, grit, and passion for training. Energy is going to be an essential element to impress people.
  • 6 Days working and must be flexible to travel (if given an opportunity).
  • Deliver Communication and Soft skills related training to students.
  • Deliver training using innovative methods, including activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning, and many more.
  • Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline.
  • Evaluating and grading training assignments of students and giving appropriate feedback.
  • Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer rejections and lower placement turnout.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Placement counselling of aspirants.
  • Support the training center in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
