Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Saket, Delhi for a Soft Skills Trainer. The Soft Skills Trainer will analyze training needs, customize training programs according to specific requirements, and deliver training in both group and individual settings. This role is most suited for individuals who thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment, and are open to adapting to challenges in the work environment. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions using our unique curriculum and methodologies
• Serve as a learning facilitator, delivering impactful training to a diverse audience of working professionals 
• Provide comprehensive instruction in areas such as public speaking, negotiation, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and more
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming learning atmosphere that encourages active participation and collaboration
• Tailor learning experiences to individual student needs, devising personalized learning paths to optimize educational outcomes
• Document training sessions and prepare detailed progress reports to monitor and evaluate student development.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, both spoken and written
• Able to identify and meet specific training needs of the clients
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and can assess training effectiveness
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Strong command of the English language
• Open to learning, adaptable, and analytical
• Good screen presence
• Willing to try unconventional teaching methods
• Self-sufficient in class facilitation
• Open to feedback and constructive criticism
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital content
• Comfortable teaching all age groups
• Available to work on weekends
• Available to work from the office between 11 am - 9 pm
• Laptop with webcam

Location: Saket, Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000 - ₹700,000 per year
