Soft Skills Trainer for Online Teaching EdTech (Job Vacancy)

Kapable is an early-stage startup and is looking for a driven Facilitator who will be involved in the training and development of learners looking for career acceleration and soft skill development.

Ideal Candidate: should have a hunger to always learn and grow as an individual. Additionally, you should have a strong interest in becoming that all-rounder trainer that has cutting-edge knowledge of tools, strategies, and hands-on experience so as to deliver a holistic integrated session.

This role is most suited for individuals who thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment, and are open to adapting to challenges in the work environment. 

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live, high-energy training sessions using our in-house curriculum and frameworks 
• Act as a learning facilitator in both online and offline environments for working professionals
• Train students on subjects like public speaking, negotiation, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, etc
• Create an open and inclusive learning environment
• Understand the learning needs of the student and create personalised learning journeys for students to help achieve desired learning outcomes
• Engage students through different formats & methodologies
• Probe learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context
• Document training sessions and prepare progress reports

Requirements:

• An energetic and lively personality
• Great command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to unlearn and learn new thinking skills with strong analytical abilities
• Good screen presence
• Presence of mind to handle client queries
• Adaptable to non-conventional methods of teaching
• Ability to facilitate the class with minimal supervision
• Open to feedback and acceptance of constructive criticism
• Comfortable with technology and dealing with digital content
• Comfortable teaching all age groups
• Available to work on weekends
• Available to work from the office between 11 am - 9 pm
• Laptop with webcam
