Soft skill Trainer (Job Vacancy)

We at ENpower are trying to build an ecosystem that helps children inculcate 21st century skills in an experiential way that would involve and engage young minds. We are currently seeking trainers for our projects in Mumbai, Thane and Nasik. If you have a passion or a previous experience of teaching, a relevant education, and are proficient in the local languages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both social entrepreneurship and design thinking methodologies, as well as experience working with Students in an educational setting. Responsibilities · Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration among students. · Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. · Strong communication and presentation skills · Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills · Expected to deliver training programs to students & teachers based on inputs, under minimum supervision. · Identify the learning gap and tweak the required training content · Mentor and coach students in their projects. · Conduct fun activity for better experience & rapport building · Collate feedback on Training & Trainers.
