Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jagatpura, Jaipur. As a Softskill Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering soft skills training to individuals and groups. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, creating training materials, conducting workshops and seminars, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will collaborate with our team to ensure the training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0 to 2 years experience required
• Proven experience as a Softskill Trainer or similar role is plus
• Excellent knowledge of soft skills training methodologies and best practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate participants
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Ability to assess training needs and develop training materials
• Organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certification in soft skills training or a related field is a plus
