We are an established education-technology company that has consistently delivered superior learning outcomes for >2 million children across India, Philippines and Middle-East. We are looking for an entrepreneurial talent to join us as our lead software engineer to build a stealth mode product that has the potential to revolutionize elementary education.

This will be a fast-paced, high-exposure role working closely with the founder to create a first of its kind product in this space. We are looking for someone with a blend of product mindset and strong execution capabilities, who has the x factor to be among the first 5 people in the team that has the ambition to disrupt the way children learn around the world.

What We Are Looking For

• A committed professional with proficiency and speed at developing front-end, backend, database, solutions in both web and mobile contexts
• Ability to understand conceptual briefs and translate to tangible solutions and workflows
• Has a point of view on latest technologies, potential scalable architecture solutions, and some UI/UX sense
• Ability to pivot and adapt quickly

Preferred Background/experience

• Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering or other disciplines with strong emphasis on computing and problem solving, from a tier 1 university (IITs, BITS, NITs)
• Has full-stack experience in building applications for web and mobile
• Has value-added significantly to or created an entire PRD based on a vision/conceptual brief
• Has some exposure to 0 to 1 product development, ideally in a startup environment
• Fast learner who keeps up with latest technologies, and has a habit to try new things
