Job Summary: As a Trainer Sourcing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and onboard talented trainers to meet the learning and development. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their training requirements, source trainers with relevant expertise, negotiate contracts, and ensure the successful delivery of training programs. This role requires a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external trainers. Key Responsibilities: • Training Needs Assessment: Work closely with Key Account Managers to identify training needs and requirements across the organization. • Trainer Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential trainers through various channels such as online platforms, professional networks, and referrals. • Qualification and Evaluation: Screen and evaluate trainer candidates based on their qualifications, experience, expertise, and training style to ensure alignment with organizational needs and standards. • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with selected trainers, including fees, schedules, deliverables, and any other relevant terms. • Onboarding and Documentation: Facilitate the onboarding process for selected trainers, ensuring all necessary documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with trainers, acting as the main point of contact for communication, feedback, and ongoing collaboration. • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with vendor agreements and service level agreements. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development to continuously improve sourcing strategies and approaches. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in talent acquisition, vendor management, or a similar role, preferably in the training and development industry. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Knowledge of learning and development principles and practices is preferred. • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
