POSITION: Special Educator Trainings & Content Development

  • Providing training and technical assistance to teachers and education professionals.
  • Work alongside the Program Manager to support local partners and ensure quality implementation, including fieldwork to support school visits, work plans and training.
  • Assist with organization of meetings, conferences, events and travel
  • Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks
  • Be committed to meeting the needs of a diverse student population.
  • Facilitating workshops / meetings (both online and offline), as well as identifying resource professionals.
  • Help and support in curriculum/content development and research

POSITION: Assistant manager Special Educator

Location: Pondicherry/Chennai (Must Know Tamil Language and able to read and write Tamil)


  • Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, priority on cross disability courses (RCI Registered)
  • Have 3 to 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience in inclusive school or program coordinator of a special school/ therapy center
  • Knowledge of best practices in curriculum design, and an advanced understanding of instructional strategies for students with autism, specific learning disabilities, Intellectual impairment and Multiple disability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Supporting the planning of special education initiative and the implementation of initiatives in Inclusive education
  • Thorough knowledge of special education laws and regulations
  • Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skill
