Job Title: Specialist in Crafting Questions Company: TechCurators Location: Remote TechCurators, a prominent provider of educational content and resources, is in search of driven individuals possessing a degree of graduation or higher to join our team as Specialists in Crafting questions. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to contribute to the creation of top-tier educational materials and assessments while operating remotely across diverse domains. Responsibilities: • Generate compelling and precise multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and various other question types spanning concepts of civil, mechanical, electrical, marine, naval architecture and beyond.  • Collaborate closely with the content development team to synchronize questions with learning objectives and instructional content.  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to uphold current knowledge within relevant subject matter.  • Offer constructive feedback to colleagues and stakeholders to enhance the quality of questions and assessments.  • Adhere strictly to project timelines and deadlines for the punctual completion of tasks.  • Assist in formulating and implementing quality assurance protocols for question creation and evaluation.  Requirements: • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.  • Robust knowledge and comprehension across various subjects and domains, coupled with a readiness to embrace and master new topics.  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for articulating intricate concepts with clarity and precision.  • Keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering work of superior quality.  • Proficiency in the English language.  • While prior experience in question creation, assessment development, or educational content creation is desirable, it is not mandatory.  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment How to Apply: Prospective candidates are invited to submit their resume/CV to shruti13.dubey@gmail.com.
