Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at PlayStreet Specially Abled Educare Trust in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating speech, communication & feeding disorders, developing and implementing treatment plans, as well as documenting progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will be working within the clinic and school in Bengaluru. The Speech therapists will be working with children with Autism, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and other developmental disorders.

You will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, track progress, and provide support to children and their families. Your role will involve assessing and diagnosing communication disorders, developing treatment goals, conducting therapy sessions, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and Dysphagia
• Strong understanding of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Ability to assess and diagnose disorders and develop treatment plans
• Experience in working with children with special needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized University
• Certification from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program is a plus
• Experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus
